At the recent 2015 TLMI Annual Meeting held in Colorado Springs, CO, the association honored Daryl Hanzal, president of Ritrama, Inc., with the Supplier of the Year award.

Presented on an annual basis, the Supplier of the Year Award honors and recognizes an individual for their ongoing volunteer service and dedication to TLMI, and to the greater industry. Criteria for winning the award includes service to TLMI on the association’s board and committees, in addition to continuous commitment to the industry as a whole by helping to promote and foster its growth.

Hanzal has been active in the label industry for more than three decades and for two of those decades he has been at the helm of one of Ritrama Inc., one of the industry’s most prominent material supplier companies. During his time as a TLMI member, Hanzal has served on the TLMI Board of Directors in addition to the association’s Marketing and Membership Committees.

“I am both humbled and honored to receive this award from TLMI,” Hanzal says, “Over the years, Ritrama’s association membership has delivered more benefits than I can name and I can attest to the fact that whatever you put into being a member of TLMI, you receive back many times over. I championed Ritrama’s TLMI L.I.F.E. Certification internally and the process delivered many tangible benefits to us as a company, as a member of the industry, and as a conscientious steward to environmental best practices. This is by no means a valedictory award and I look forward to many more years of serving the association and continuing to reap the rewards of membership.”
